The Encompass Executive Experience Leadership Academy - E3 - was created to enrich personal and professional growth, equipping individuals with the necessary tools to achieve their highest career aspirations. The immersive cohort experience has been intentionally designed to focus on the total person, enabling the cultivation of leadership skills and refinement of followership abilities. The experience employs a holistic approach, empowering participants to become transformational leaders who will, in turn, develop the next generation of transformational leaders.
