Participant Commitment

Participant understands that their active participation is integral to the overall success of the Program and their personal growth and development. Participant commits to actively engage in Program activities, including, but not limited to, onsite workshops, monthly group discussions, and weekly video engagements as instructed by E3 facilitators.

Confidentiality

Participant agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the Program, including but not limited to trade secrets, business strategies, and participant information. Participant shall not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent from E3.

Intellectual Property

Participant acknowledges that all Program materials, curriculum, and intellectual property provided by E3 are the sole property of E3. Participant shall not reproduce, distribute, or use any Program materials for external purposes without obtaining written permission from E3.

Reschedule

If Participant is unable to attend their scheduled Program, Participant may notify E3 with 30 days’ written notice prior to the Program start date. Participant’s payment shall be valid for future enrollment with a start date within twelve (12) months from the original start date.
